This class can be a private one on one or if you have the space, up to four others can attend as well. If you have been hesitant to join a studio or frustrated that the classes do not fit into your schedule, this is the perfect opportunity for you to enjoy the physical and mental benefits of your yoga practice from the comfort of home.
