We have a variety of life coaching packages and we encourage you to sign up for a free 30 minute introductory session to see which one works best for you and your needs.  Introductory sessions are done via zoom from the comfort of your own home, office or even car, wherever you feel most comfortable.  Once you decide on which package best suits your needs and budget, you can choose how you would like to continue your coaching sessions.  Additional coaching sessions are offered in person for those that are local (Central Florida area) or they can continue through the virtual setting.
